In the rare situation where you want to return an item to us, please contact us by email in advance to request a returns number and to confirm the return address for your item. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition as received by you the customer, which includes product tags, labels and any internal/external packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error or damaged. We are also not responsible for goods returned to the wrong address by our customers in error. Please ensure you clarify and confirm with us the return address in advance of sending your item back.
Goods returned to us with damaged packaging, missing parts or missing packaging will not be able to be credited. Returned items must be received by us in a resellable condition as new.
The cost of returns is to be bared by the customer where there is no fault/damage with an item.
