Returns Policy
In the rare situation where you want to return an item to us, please contact us by email in advance to request a returns number and to confirm the return address for your item. We have various delivery addresses for returns. The contact email for us is customersupport@galaxystores.co.uk. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition as received by you the customer, which includes product tags, labels and any internal/external packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error or damaged. We are also not responsible for goods returned to the wrong address by our customers in error. Please ensure you clarify and confirm with us the return address in advance of sending your item back.
The cost of returns must be bared by the customer where there is no fault/damage with an item.
Gift vouchers can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Delivery to mainland UK is free you'll be pleased to hear! So there are no hidden surprises at the checkout.
On certain products, we offer express delivery or weekend delivery, which may incur an additional charge. Please drop us an email before you order if you are looking for express delivery or a Saturday delivery.
We are confident that you will find our prices here at Galaxy Stores very competitive, but if you do find a price cheaper elsewhere online, we will look to match and beat this price for you, and discount the item(s) on your order. With any product you purchase from Galaxy Stores, you have 7 days to change your mind. If you need to return an item for any reason what so ever, simply contact our courteous and helpful customer service department by email who will assist you through the returns process. You can also email us with any question about a product you have before you order to help ensure that the item you are ordering is what you expect it to be.
